You don’t have to be either a plastics specialist or an expert in mechanical design. We can interpret your ideas and make them reality.

Logistics

The delicate material properties of some plastics can make damage-free delivery a problem. In our busiest periods we have safely made up to 350 deliveries in a month to all points of the UK.

Machining

Drape forming

The fickle nature of plastic means that after forming it doesn’t always adopt the shape intended. We use a mixture of technical ability and years of experience to achieve the correct results.

Fabrication

We employ 20 fabricators across our three sites. The majority have been trained by ourselves from apprenticeship and are certified in PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF and CPVC.

Recycling

We conform to environmental policy ISO 14001 and attempt to make the most effective use of our resources, in particular by producing the minimum amount of waste by carefully optimizing utilization of our raw materials.
