The website showcases a comprehensive range of products and boasts both environmental and commercial appeal to a wide range of public and private sector clients. Its unique selling point is that its products are made from 100% British mixed plastic waste that would otherwise have made its way to landfill; and Barkston can even offer companies the opportunity to utilise their own plastic waste to commission new products from its range.

The launch of the website is in part in response to a growing need for companies to demonstrate both environmental responsibility and commercial sense; and in part to support organisations under pressure to meet environmental regulations and targets by offering them an alternative to traditional materials and products.

The new on-line range includes: sustainable construction products and materials including bollards, lumber and retaining walls; sustainable outdoor furniture including planters, picnic tables, benches and walkways; ground reinforcement products including access routes, parking and driveways; and profile products to replace timber, concrete and steel alternatives.
